PMS Support is a combination of herbs, nutraceuticals, vitamins and minerals and is indicated for the management of a variety of PMS symptoms and to promote more balanced hormones. It can be taken 7-10 days prior to the onset of and during the menstrual cycle or on a daily basis.
Each capsule contains:
- Vitex Agnus Castus (0.5% agnusides) 90 mg
- Magnesium (Glycinate) 30 mg
- Dandelion Root 4:1 30 mg
- Dong Quai (1% ligustilide) 60 mg
- Bupleurum Falactum 4:1 60 mg
- Passion Flower 4:1 30 mg
- Chromium (Polynicotinate) 100 mcg
- Vitamin E (D-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate) 60 IU
- Vitamin E (Mixed Tocopherols) 30 mg
- Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCl) 10 mg
- Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal-5’-Phosphate/P5P) 4 mg
Suggested Use 1 serving (1 capsule) 1-3x daily or as directed.
Contraindications: Avoid in pregnancy, lactation, IVF, and hormone-sensitive cancers. Caution in kidney disease, gallstones, autoimmune conditions and preoperatively.
